Deliver In Person
Bring to the Arlington Heights office or Your Local office and text your Branch Manager so they know there is a check at the office.

Deposit the check yourself. Go to any local BMO Harris Bank location.

Take a photo of the front of the check.

Endorse the Check
Endorse the check as: "HomeSmart Connect"

Deposit into Account
This information can be found in the RSA under "Downloads" or your MLS under "Broker Forms"

Photo of Receipt
Deposit the check and take a photo of the deposit receipt.

Email the Photos and Upload into RSA
Upload the photo of the receipt, the photo of the check, and the Settlement Statement to your RSA Transaction, then email the ALTA and the photo of the receipt to the [email protected].

Username: Your email address (all lower-case letters)
Password: If you received the link to set your password, you are set. If not, click on “forgot password” to receive an email to reset.
Contract / Paperwork Requirements
- Listing Documents must be uploaded into your Real Smart Agent (RSA) portal within 48 hours of execution.
- Purchase Document must be uploaded to your RSA Portal within 48 hours of execution (Acceptance date).
- Leases must be uploaded into the RSA within 48 hours of signing the Lease.
- Cancelled Contracts must be uploaded.
- Security Deposits: Make the check out to the Landlord with the address in the memo field.
- Files not uploaded into the RSA within 48 hours will be subject to a $100 Late fee being added to your office bill.
- The $100 missing paperwork fee will be added weekly to your account, until the file is created and documents are uploaded.
